Javier Aguirre gets a 3 game suspension which means…?
If Mexico doesn’t make it to the Semi’s Aguirre won’t be in the Azteca on Aug 12.I heard El Perro Bermudez say it during the US-Haiti game your thoughts?
This just complicates Mexico even more. They are playing bad enough as is, now Aguirre won’t be in 3 of their next games. And Mexico HAS to go to the final or else Aguirre wont be in el Azteca. No pressure eh? Sadly Mexico has brought all this upon themselves. Aguirre’s kick might have been nothing but why did he do it? That was a mistake that may affect Mexico. If Mexico decides to play real football and not get mad easily and fight, then they may have a chance at beating Guadalupe. All the other games ahead in the Gold Cup are a mystery, the way Mexico is playing there’s no saying who will win or how will it go.
Edit: Please people don’t be ignorant. Javier says he was going for the ball. He is obviously not gonna say he wanted to hit or stop the player from Panama. But if he really was going for the ball, wouldn’t it have been more logical for him to have tripped the player from Panama? But instead his foot is way up there near his groin area. How was he going for the ball there?
