Thompson Residences
The new project of Freed Developments, builder of 500 Penthouses lofts and Fashion House condos, is Thompson Residences located in 621 King Street West. The project is estimated to be completed by winter 2013.
King Street West is a primary east-west business thoroughfare in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The name was given after King George III, the supreme British ruler at the time the street was being constructed in early Toronto.
During the last months of 2008, the Freed Developments had implemented a massive strategic sales and marketing reallocation where they were backing off from their customary sales and business partner, while making the sales force function under their sole control.

Thompson Hotel Group had partnered with Freed Developments and taken the way of living one step higher. The Thompson Residences are more like top tier hotels than residences.
